Tick Tock Chocolates, LLC was created by Dee Chaplin and her husband, Jim Chaplin.  Dee has been making chocolates since 2005 for family and friends.  She graduated from the pastry program at Cambridge Culinary in 2009, and has been perfecting her chocolate-making skills over the years.  After much encouragement from others who have tried her chocolates, Dee has decided to share her innovative confectionary treats with everyone.  Dee uses local, organic, fair trade, and kosher ingredients whenever possible, creating high quality, fresh chocolates at a reasonable cost.  

The Chaplins live in Waltham, MA, otherwise known as “the watch city”, which inspired the name Tick Tock Chocolates.  Tick Tock Chocolates can be found at their new storefront at 111 Trapelo Rd. Belmont, Ma. and at local farmer's markets.
