Chocolates should be stored at room temperature and away from the sun and light whenever possible.

We use Valrhona.

Sometimes we will feature special items using chocolate made from local chocolate makers.

We use fresh, local ingredients and ZERO preservatives, so our chocolate truffles and bonbons are meant to be eaten right away. Most flavors will last 2 weeks or so before the flavors start to diminish. Our other items such as bark, bars, candied oranges, etc., all last significantly longer since they do not contain heavy cream.
